Does Vinyl Sound Better Than Cassette

The cassette is 40 years old and in my opinion the sound quality is still above the average.
Does vinyl sound better than cassette. Cassettes on the other hand are nowhere to be found. Is a cd quality album going to sound more accurate on vinyl than a cd. All of that to say while vinyl and cassette ruled the day commercially in the 70s and 80s there was no debate as to which format sounded better. The problem here is that it had a tremendous result on the audio quality.

There are many questions that can be answered definitively on the differences between cds and vinyl but if what you seek is proof that one sounds better than the other you might be quite disappointed. Thanks to superior sound quality and a susceptibility to scratching records are still first choice for many on the club scene. Some formats age better than others. Vinyl for the most part avoided the loudness war with the rise of digital music cds included it s possible to make a track sound louder than it naturally should. And that s the format that recording professionals cared about.
